Lunch

My lunch today was terrible, both in health value and in flavor. I don't think I've ever met a pizza that I didn't like this much. I guess I should've went for the salad bar.

In other news, I threw two interceptions in my flag football game and we lost. Oops. One went to a guy who is getting married today1. So, it was kind of like a wedding present.

  1. back I don't know the whole story. His girl friend said they had thought about getting married this Saturday, but that is the same day as the NCSU-UNC game. So, they decided to take care of it today. Awesome.

Slow news day in Shannon's world? Lunch and sports updates? At least tell us where you had the bad pizza so we can avoid it =).

I gave you two updates. You also get to hear of my shaving habits.

I need some sort of thought capturing device because I often think of things and think, "I should blog about this." But, rarely am I by a computer when this happens.

Maybe you could invent something for me. Something better that a tape recorder. You can call it a "Brain Tap".

The pizza was in the SAS cafeteria. It is usually okay, but today the options were pepperoni, black olive or three cheese. I went with the pepperoni, which is one of my least favorite types of pizza, but it was the best of the three. The pizza was under cooked and made my stomach hurt.

I know, I lead such a tough life. All I have to complain about is pizza. Just tell me to stop whining.

I counted the shaving post today as really an interesting one. A vocalization of the changes in Shannon's outlook on life. "My child's happiness is worth changing my ways for". Or was is really a selfish act ? "I'm sick of hearing my kid scream when I hold him, and I like holding him".

Is there a scale that I can use to decide whether or not Matt will appreciate this post. I want to be able to add a disclaimer to the ones you don't need to read.

I almost want to set up separate feeds for the serious posts and the not so serious posts.

Maybe I need to do what I have seen others do and start a second, "family", blog where I post the not so serious stuff and where Kim can get in on the posting action.

Thoughts?
