This is why drilling a well is important to me.

Easy, safe access to clean drinking water is not a cure all for the world's problems, but I believe it is a good place to start. Below is a video that displays why bringing clean water to people is important to me.

Jane is eight years old. She walks miles to get clean water just so she can bathe her younger brother and sister. See her story in the video below.

WARNING: This will break your heart.

I just received an email from my contact in Kenya. He gave me the contact info for a driller in Nairobi. We're another step closer to making this dream a reality.

Thoughts?

Wow. This video really makes me think about how fortunate we are to live in America and to have the luxuries that come along with being an American. Thanks for sharing this.

I started watching this video on another blog not knowing it was the same one you posted. I had to stop in the beginning b/c I was already crying. So I plan to go back and finish it later today. do you know anyone who has a copy of the entire film?

It looks like the film is still in production, per their web site.

Shannon- what an amazing video. I sat here weeping watching it. I am so glad that God has blessed you with this vision and that we can come along side you and support you. It really puts our trials and tribulations in perspective. Thank you for reminding all of us what really matters in our lives.
