This Thursday night from 7 to 9 thousands of people around the world will be stepping away from the internet and out into the real world, all to raise money for a good cause. Okay, honestly, most people won't be stepping away from the internet because we can carry it in our pockets. However, they will be getting together for a good cause.
In over 160 cities around the globe, people are gathering to raise money for charity:water. Raleigh is a host city. You can learn more about it here and here.

I'll try and be there...although I will not be eating any of the free Krispy Kreme donuts. Yuck! Thanks for the heads up, Shannon.
