Here is part of the response from Pastor David Ndegwa, who is a missionary at the Laisamis Mission Centre.<BR/><BR/><I>In Laisamis there are only 2 boreholes (wells) one owned by the catholic mission and the other one by Laisamis town council some of the piped water available is from this borehole and it is charged 2sh. (shillings) per bucket and the one for catholic mission is purely for running their projects the school and the hospital.</I><BR/><BR/>So, yes, there is water, but it is very limited.
